Ingredients

  • ½tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4tsp Mild Taco Seasoning (Siete)
  • 80g Pico de Gallo
  • 2tbsp Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • ½cup Fat Free Refried Beans
  • 3 Cherry Tomato
  • 4oz Ground Chicken (Lean)
  • ¼cup Cottage Cheese (Non-Fat)
  • 80g Fage 0% Greek Yogurt

Instructions

    Layer 1:

    Heat up refried beans (about 30-45 sec in microwave)

    Mix cottage cheese into heated refried beans

    Place in serving dish as first layer

    Layer 2:

    Add lemon/lime juice to greek yogurt with some of the Siete seasoning

    Place on top of layer 1

    Add pico de gallo directly on top of layer 2

    Cook ground chicken, seasoned with Siete Mild Taco Seasoning (and garlic salt)

    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of layer 4

    Add diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, etc. as toppings
