Ingredients
- ½tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4tsp Mild Taco Seasoning (Siete)
- 80g Pico de Gallo
- 2tbsp Shredded Mexican Cheese
- ½cup Fat Free Refried Beans
- 3 Cherry Tomato
- 4oz Ground Chicken (Lean)
- ¼cup Cottage Cheese (Non-Fat)
- 80g Fage 0% Greek Yogurt

Heat up refried beans (about 30-45 sec in microwave)

Mix cottage cheese into heated refried beans

Place in serving dish as first layer
