Ingredients
- 65g Riced Cauliflower
- 75g White Jasmine Rice (cooked)
- 4 ½oz Ahi Wild Yellowfin Tuna (canned)
- 2tsp Light Mayonnaise
- 1wedge Light Laughing Cow Cheese
- 2tbsp 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
- 1tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1tbsp Furikake

Mix white rice and riced cauliflower with rice vinegar in a personal-sized oven-safe dish

Sprinkle Furikake on top of the rice mixture

In a bowl, mix the tuna, light mayo, laughing cow cheese, and greek yogurt

Add tuna mixture on top of rice
